Singer of al Songs by Kate Constable

As young Calwyn, an Antaris priestess, finds a stranger of the inside of the Great Wall of Antaris, a fantastic journey begins. The stranger, named Darrow, is being hunted by a prince named Samis for not aiding him on his quest to control all the forms of chantment, a magic controlled by song. Darrow is determined to stop him at all costs. So Darrow, Calwyn and others must journey to gather more chanters to face Samis. Will Samis succseed? That's for you to find out.

Singer of all Songs is your classic wizard book with a twist. The magic isn't controlled by a wond or a certain spell, but by the singing of a specific song. Now, it's no match for Harry Potter, but it's nice to have something to fill the void that the end of the series left us all with. Overall, it's an ok book and I would recommend it to any fantasy lover.
